Luxmark OpenCL performance on linux is 65% of Windows performance with the same card. (1200-1300 on linux , 1700-1800 on windows)

On a positive side: my 7950 now clocks down to 300/150 during idling(like in windows), compared to 500/1250 for 12.10 drivers. Almost a year after launch.
